Adnan Temur Barcha — also published as Adnan Taimoor — is a software engineer based in Gilgit, Pakistan. He builds technology across government digital transformation, geospatial information systems, educational initiatives and full-stack software development. His work spans public-sector planning platforms, biodiversity and environmental data systems, desktop applications and modern web technologies.
He holds a BS in Software Engineering from Mirpur University of Science & Technology, where he was a merit-based scholarship recipient. Since 2025 he has been a Software Engineer at Karakoram International University. In November 2025 he co-founded Astraj Pvt. Ltd., a software and systems engineering company.
